Who is responsible

The controller is Martin Ďurďovič, a private individual (not a business), operating the website avenom.sk. For any data-protection matter, contact me at martin@avenom.sk.

What I process and why

When you submit the contact form, I process:

• the name you provide,
• your email address,
• the text of your message,
• the chosen language and visual theme of the site (minor technical data).

The purpose is to answer your enquiry and communicate about it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) if you are enquiring about a service.

Who receives the data

To run the site and deliver your message I use trusted providers (processors) that handle data on my behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and processing of the submitted form,
• Resend — delivery of your message to my email inbox,
• Google (Gmail) — the email inbox where your message arrives.

I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Resend are based in the USA. The transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which ensure an adequate level of protection.

How long I keep the data

I keep your message for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, at most 12 months after the last contact — unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Your browser only stores your chosen visual theme and the theme-bar setting (via localStorage) — purely functional data that is not used for tracking and needs no consent.

Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version and the date of the last change are always shown at the top of this page.
